Health Screening

This Explains The Technology Behind The BEST System

  1. The BioEnergetic Stress Testing (BEST) System
  2. Computerised Health Screening
  3. The Scientific Approach to Health Screening

The BEST (BioEnergetic Stress Testing) System represents the very latest in health screening technology. The System is fast, comprehensive and accurate. What is more, it is non-invasive and painless. There is no waiting around for the results – a detailed computer printout is available as soon as screening is completed, so both patient and practitioner know the situation immediately.

The BEST System has the ability to screen rapidly for reactions to chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals (such as the mercury in dental amalgams), bacteria, viruses, drugs, radiation, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, phenolics, hormones, alcohols, moulds, fungi, pollens, yeast, animal danders, toxins and more. It can screen hundreds of items for sensitivities under many categories. For example, it takes only 30 minutes to test for intolerance to 105 foods. Also screening for things like vitamin and mineral status or to establish whether dental fillings are leaking mercury into the body are easily carried out. The System can also be used to conduct more comprehensive screening of the entire body and its main organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and spleen.

Although based on acupuncture, the BEST System measures the points by pressing, as in acupressure, rather than the skin penetration of acupuncture needles. This is an important feature of the BEST System’s non-invasive design.

Using the System, the operator applies a probe to the skin surface at the acupuncture points on the client’s hands (and the feet in the case of full body screening). The computer sends a very small electronic signal (5 volts @ 30 microamps) through the skin, via the System’s negative and positive contacts. The client only feels the sensation of the probe touching the skin. Readings indicating the individual’s reaction are recorded by the computer as each point is measured.

The natural homeostasis of energy and temperature of a healthy human is constant. The body will always try to regulate it back to a balanced point. Just as a thermometer is used to read temperature, a highly sensitive galvanometer is used in the BEST System to monitor variations in the energy resistance of the human body.

The body’s bio System consists of acupuncture control points on the hands and feet – with ‘control’ or primary points on each meridian. A balanced reading for normal (healthy) acupuncture points is 100,000 ohms.

On the BEST System the balanced reading has been set at 50 on a scale of 1 to 100. Readings above 55 indicate an acute situation while those below 45 indicate a chronic condition. The control points indicate the overall function of say, the heart, whereas other points along the same meridian will give detailed readings – for instance, of the valves, muscles, nerves, plexus and ganglia of the heart.

A detailed report indicates the balanced, chronic and acute points relating to the various parts of the body, on both the left and right side. The practitioner can then access the 30,000 plus remedies on the BEST System to establish the most appropriate remedy needed to rebalance the points.

The remedies are either homoeopathic or remedies evaluated using the homoeopathic approach (dilution’s) from the many thousands of items loaded into the BEST System’s memory. These items include bacteria, viruses, chemicals, homoeopathics (733 main items), pesticides, sensitivities, products and many more categories. This means that the exact remedy and potency can be determined, providing dramatically improved accuracy and removing the guesswork inherent in much contemporary diagnosis.

History

In the 1950’s Doctor Reinhold Voll a Germany biophysicist discovered a way to measure the energy level of bio-points (life-energy points used in Acupuncture) with an electrical devise. Through these measurements he could:

  • Screen the energy levels of the organs in the body.
  • Identify toxic substances, metals, microbes, etc. that would affect the smooth functioning of the body.
  • Measure food intolerance’s and vitamin and mineral profile.
